Pioneer for SAP applications in the retail and the consumer goods industry

Frechen, January 2007 - The focusing on the requirements of the branches  trade and consumer goods industry determines the activity of Bernd Hellgardt for more than ten years. The studied diploma management expert data processing (BA) was already in the year 1992 project manager of one of the first SAP R/3-industry projects. Due to his large successes during the SAP implementation he became already soon member of the management of Lekkerland Germany and later on division leader of Lekkerland-Tobaccoland.

But the full blood businessman wanted more. As exclusive managing director of the qwn it company sdh GmbH and together with colleagues of the today's management of the ComSol AG he established in the year 1999 the basis for one of the prominent vendor for the implementation of SAP merchandise management systems: the ComSol AG Commercial Solutions. As specialized supplier for retail and consumer goods industry the ComSol AG worked hard for a considerable market share in a market which has still accumulated needs in the introduction of standard software and the integration of business processes. 

From the beginning the participation of the members of staff in the enterprise was important for him. Thus the ComSol AG was founded as stock corporation and a employees participation program was presented.

As proven connoisseur of the industries trade and consumer goods industry Bernd Hellgardt engages himself actively since existence of the German-language SAP user group DSAG in different working groups and is speaker of the working group retail. In the last years he was established as adviser for various specialized lectures and as author from book contributions he become one of the prominent experts for the implementation of SAP commodity managements.

From nothing nothing comes!

Nothing comes from nothing! This philosophy of life also determines the private life of Bernd Hellgardt who was born in Heilbronn on December 7th, 1965. He has settled down in his Rhenish adopted country very well with his wife and his two children. He uses the scarce leisure time for his children and the hobbies photography, multimedia and to walks in nature.
