Indispensable requirement of the retail businesses is apart from the actual functionality of the retail systems, a smooth integration of enterprise resource planning functions to Point-of-sale with the operational and analytic systems of the Headquarters.

 

For us this means the fact that we make solutions available, which put necessary functionality to the branches as well as makes a simple and effective interlocking of retail- /cash systems and headquarters possible. Our solutions are independent thereby of the retail- /cash system which is used in each case.

 

Beside the Retail-Store of the SAP we recommend our customers and prospective customers the efficient and modern retail solutions of the company GK software. Together with GK software we developed an integrated scenario, which illustrates the possibilities of SAP Retail in combination with the GK Point-of-Sale solution.

ComSol AG cooperates with GK Software AG successfully already for some years. The enterprise in Schoeneck follows up the philosophy of the independence of operating systems and hardware consistently and relies on open standards. Among other things the two enterprises have more than 600 branch offices of the T -Punkt Vertriebsgesellschaft equipped  with the front-office solution GK/Retail together.

Central point cruxes of the project were a flexibilization of the processes at Point of Sale and a smooth online data interchange with the SAP system. At the same time specific business processes of T point, such as Bundle security, Loyality-Prepaid, and the carrying out of the Happy Digit programme, have been  realized at the POS.

 

 

SAP POS

 

New requirements and customer wishes in the trade were reason to get in into the market for retailing software for SAP. The portfolio SAP Retail based on the SAP-NetWeaver platform was upgraded by SAP POS data management and SAP Transactionware General Merchandise (GM). Commercial enterprises can realize thus individual business requirements flexibly, integrate processes and increase the efficiency.

 

 

The new SAP retail  application is regarded as reliable and flexible in experts. Enterprise like tegut ... Gutberlet Stiftung & Co., Tommy Hilfiger, The body shop and the French cosmetics dealer Sephora already use it.
